FRIED LUNGS.

INGREDIENTS:
1kg beef lungs.
2liters of water.
2 tablespoons salt to boil.
right amout of oil.
SPICE PUREE.
250ml water to dissolve.
2 teaspoons salt.
8 garlic.
4cm turmeric.
HOW TOMAKE.
*1kg lungs boiled with water and salt until tender.
when cool,cut into thin strips.spices dissolve with water.put the pieces into  the lungs seasonings until well blended.
*pulmonary fried in oil until dry. soo ready tobe enjoyed.
