INGREDIENTS:
1 catfish. cut and wash.
3 bay leaf.
banana leaves for wrapping.
*softened seasoning.
3 onions.
3 garlic.
4 candle nut.
2 tomato.
1 cm turmeric and 1/2 grated coconut.
HOW TOMAKE.
average grate coconut mixed with softened seasoning , then corkj wrapped with spices in banana leaves.and in the steam for 30 minutes.
