PESMOL FISH.

INGREDIENTS.
1 carp.
seasoning:
3 red chili.
3 garlic.
7 grain of walnut.
1 piece of turmeric.
1 piece of galangal.
1 piece of ginger.
3 bay leave.
cooking oil.
salt and red sugar.







HOW TOMAKE.
* cleaned fish scale on waste, acid and salt coat and fry.
* all ingredient(except ginger and bay leave)
  then sauteed with oil until fragiant smell and a yellowish pour enough water.
* then enter fish and cook yellow color stir well.
soo ready to be served.
